Fabien Claude (FRA) returned to the podium after four years with third place in the sprint. Maybe there is some magic in the air since the last time was also a sprint in Hochfilzen. Vanessa Voigt's (GER) smile was competing with the Austrian sun as she shot clean in the pursuit on Saturday and came in second resulting in her career best.
Martin Uldal (NOR) came to Hochfilzen from IBU Cup and did not dissapoint. With 7th place in the sprint and 5th in the pursuit with record-breaking shooting time he proved that it was not for nothing. Maya Cloetens (BEL) has started the season strong. She had her career best this weekend in the pursuit with 12th place.
