Dessen leidenschaftliches Plädoyer widersprach der Forderung nach Pluralität nicht. Doch wenn Multipolarität nicht in Multilateralismus eingebettet sei, führe sie zu Zersplitterung und letztlich zum Krieg, warnte er.
